Fire & Ice Recovery System

Targeted contrast therapy, anywhere

You don't need a sauna and a tub to practice contrast therapy. The Fire & Ice Recovery System pairs targeted heat with targeted cold: the Therasage Small Healing Pad delivers soothing infrared warmth exactly where you want it, and the oversized cold pack delivers the ice side. Knees, back, shoulders, neck — pick your spot and run the ritual.

It's also the most portable way into contrast therapy. The pad and pack travel easily, and the guide plus the 14-day experience go wherever your phone goes.

What's included

• Therasage Small Healing Pad (Fire) — infrared heat in a targeted pad. Drape it over your shoulders, wrap a knee, or lie back on it.
• Oversized Cold Therapy Pack (Ice) — a big, reusable cold pack that covers real estate. Keep it in the freezer so it's always ready.
• Complimentary Contrast Therapy Guide — the full protocol, timing, and breathing cues.
• Complimentary 14-Day Recovery & Resilience Experience — a guided two-week program to build the habit.

How to use it

1. Fire — 15 to 20 minutes of heat on the area.
2. Ice — 10 to 15 minutes with the cold pack.
3. Repeat 2–3 rounds, ending on cold.

The guide has the complete protocol, including timing variations for different areas of the body.
